Meet Kathy Reisdorf

With more than $550 million in closed sales and over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and real estate, Kathy Reisdorf has built her career on a simple principle: exceptional representation should feel both highly personal and exceptionally professional. Before entering real estate, Kathy built her career in corporate sales and marketing with Johnson & Johnson, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic positioning, relationship building, and brand development. That experience continues to shape her approach today. Every property, client, and transaction receives a thoughtful strategy designed around its unique circumstances—with the goal of creating maximum exposure, protecting her client’s interests, and achieving the strongest possible outcome.

She is also a graduate of the Ninja Selling Installation program and remains engaged in evolving market trends, real estate analytics, and innovative marketing strategies.

Kathy’s international experience brings another valuable dimension to her practice. Having lived in Mexico and managed real estate teams within master-planned communities, she understands the nuances of working across cultures and navigating sophisticated, complex transactions. Outside of real estate, Kathy’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband, Greg, have three adult children, all graduates of Notre Dame Preparatory who went on to attend TCU and SMU. They are also thrilled to be grandparents to two grandsons, with a granddaughter on the way. Travel and time together remain among their greatest pleasures.

Kathy has a genuine passion for art, architecture, interior design, and home renovation—interests that naturally complement her work in real estate and give her additional perspective when helping clients recognize the possibilities within a property. She is also actively connected to her community through her church, charitable organizations, Notre Dame Preparatory, the local soccer community, book and wine clubs, and, most recently, pickleball.
